Galleries are typically released around 2 weeks after Picture Day. (Specific delivery dates may vary, so reach out to Customer Care if you are curious about the exact date for your school.)
When your student’s photos are ready, you will receive an email at the address the school has on file for your student. Its always possible that the email might end up in a spam folder, so check there if you’re not seeing an email from us! Contact Customer Care if you did not receive your student’s gallery link on the given release day.

Check to make sure that you have the minimum amount in your cart to qualify for the discount (ex: If the code is for free shipping on $50+, make sure your SUBTOTAL is over $50). Additionally, make sure your promo code hasn’t expired (the date will be listed in your email containing the code.

Class photos will be added to your student’s gallery AFTER retake day. We hold off on creating the class photos until we have photographed everyone so that we can include as many students and teachers as possible! You will be notified via email when your student’s class photo is added to their gallery. If you ordered a Class Photo Placeholder in advance, that will be delivered to your school and sent home with your student.

In order to respect the privacy of your student and their classmates, class photos are available as printed products only.

Nope! You are able to add items for each of your students to the same cart for one easy checkout! Once you open up each of your student’s galleries, you can toggle back and forth between them using the “person” icon on the top right of the screen in the shop. Check out this VIDEO that will walk you through the steps to do this.

Yes! You are able to do this while placing your order in the shop! Use this VIDEO to help navigate the cropping, zooming, and rotating features in the shop

Please triple check that your photo looks EXACTLY the way you want it to look BEFORE you place your order - the way it appears to you is how it will be printed! Please reach out to Customer Care if you are having any trouble getting your photo to look exactly the way you want.

Because each print and digital order is unique and personalized, we are unable to offer refunds. Since all sales are final, please triple check your shopping cart before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding!

If you forgot to include something in your order, we can help you add the items you are hoping for. But unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is sent directly to our printing lab for processing and printing. Due to the custom nature of the items purchased, we are unable to provide a refund for unintended orders. Please double check your shopping cart before checking out. If you aren’t sure if you placed an order yet, don’t hesitate to reach out! We are happy to confirm your purchase on our end.

In your student’s gallery, we offer Standard Retouching (basic, smoothing of the skin), Glasses Glare removal, Teeth Whitening, and Braces Removal. If you are needing something different, our in-house Enhanced Retouching might be the best choice and you can purchase that HERE!

Yes! We offer Picture Day Pop Ups at our studio to accommodate anyone that misses Picture Day at one of our Slow Road schools. Reach out to Customer Care to learn more and book a Pop Up for your student.

No problem! Please hold off on placing an order until you know for sure because all sales are final. Reach out to Customer Care with this info: your student’s name & school, the year, and the email address you placed the order under. We can easily look up past orders with this info!

Once the order has been processed, the average shipping time is 4-5 days. When your order is placed in the mail, you will receive a tracking link sent to the email associated with your order so that you can keep an eye on your photos in transit! Keep in mind, due to the unpredictable nature of shipping these days, your photos might arrive 1-2 days after the tracking says “delivered”. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that time, reach out to Customer Care and we will be happy to help!

Because you are our HERO, we offer all staff members at Slow Road schools a complimentary digital download of their staff photo! You will receive an email from us saying that your gallery is ready with a link to access your photo. Select the “Single Image Download” in the shop and use the coupon code in your email to redeem your free download!

Our photographers will spend less than one minute with each student, but they will spend every second of their time together capturing images and making your student feel like a celebrity. Yes! We are happy to provide custom designed ID badges for your staff and students upon request, as well as sticker sheets, online directories, printed class photos and digital images for internal use.

We offer Picture Day at no cost to the schools we serve. In fact, we return 10% of all Picture Day sales back to your school! We are honored that you would choose to partner with us- we know what a significant thing it is that you would welcome us into your building.

Yes! We love providing yearbooks for Slow Road Schools. We offer a variety of customized options, and we will even design your book in house if that is what serves your school best!

This is a huge yes! We love to serve you throughout the year to capture events and celebrations that happen in the building! We are happy to make the photos available for parents as well.

One thing that is unique to Slow Road Photo is that we provide online galleries for parents to view before placing their order, so parents are only purchasing what they absolutely love with no need to prepay and order before Picture Day. And since we capture multiple poses for each student, there are plenty of options in their galleries to choose from!

Absolutely! This is a service we offer to schools at no cost. We can either build time for a group photo into the Picture Day schedule, or we are happy to offer a composite class photo with individual students placed on a sheet with their classmates and teacher.
Whichever way you decide to go, we will provide you with the digital files for those images and make them available for families inside their child’s gallery.

Yes! We will provide your school with a package of photos containing one image for each student and staff member in the appropriate sizes for use in your internal student management database as well as for your yearbook.
